Vanilla Frosting

1/2 cup vegetable shortening

7 cups confectioner's sugar

2 1/2 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup milk, plus more if needed

In medium mixing bowl, beat shortening.

Add confectioner's sugar 1 cup at a time.

Add vanilla.

Slowly blend in milk to desired consistency, adding up to 2 Tbsp more if needed.

Beat on high speed for five minutes or until smooth and creamy.
